You Need to Disappear for 6 Months

Everybody needs to get some alone time from time to time. It is incredibly helpful and encourages us to focus on the important things. Now is the moment to reflect on your life, your goals, and your purposes. Everyone needs to unwind.

But if you want to be the top 3% of the human population, your need to disappear to focus only on the following for 6 months. Do you have what it takes?

  • Prioritise 100 minutes of your day to read, write and internalise what you understand.
  • Quit sugar or alcohol to detox.
  • Set 4 hours a day doing focused work. Put your phone on silent.
  • Take 100% responsibility for your life. Don’t blame people or circumstances.
  • Do 100 pushups and 100 squats every day to be strong and healthy.
  • Spend 90 days learning a new skill, then another 90 days honing it. Even while you sleep, you’ll generate income.
  • Have a 30 minute daily morning walk along to clear brain fog.
  • Take 2 cold showers a day to keep your mind active and alert.
  • Spend your Sundays with family and friends.
  • Keep your distance from people who only prioritise their needs over yours. They’re your greatest setback.
  • Quit drugs and smoking to boost your focus and memory.
  • With no music or phones, spend at least 20 minutes sunbathing.
  • To improve your sleep, eat a light dinner and walk for 15 minutes before bed.
  • Talk to high-value people. Your life is reflective of the company you keep.
  • Hire a mentor to help you grow an online brand to sell your skill. Make internet a source of your income.
