Treatments for Period Pains

Use aromatherapy body rubs, bath oils, compresses and vapours to combat the physical and emotional symptoms caused by period pains and PMS.

Uplifting Fragrances

Combat premenstrual depression, lethargy or irritability with uplifting and balancing essential oils in a room vaporiser :

  • Add the gentle aromas of rose or neroli to a vaporiser during the days before your period. This is safe to use at home or at work and can grateful reduce symptoms.
  • Add a Synergistic blend of essential oils to a car vaporiser to soothe PMS symptoms, whilst for commuting or public transport, create a dry inhalation by adding 4-5 drops to a handkerchief.
  • Treat intense sensations of rage or aggression by dabbing the wrist pulse points with a blend of relaxing oils containing chamomile and lavender.

Using a range of essential oils in your vaporiser can alleviate the painful symptoms of PMS.
