Fitness Tips for Women Part 2

Who does not want to be healthy and fit? Of course, all of us! So, here are some health and fitness tips on how to keep yourself healthy and fit. A healthy lifestyle starts today, so don’t keep saying from tomorrow and delaying. Do read on and incorporate these changes in your daily life style, if you haven’t already.

Here are some fitness tips for women :

  • Get a Workout Buddy – Find a friend or family member who also wants to get fit and exercise together. You can encourage each other along the way and have find at the same time.
  • Practice Yoga – Doing yoga is a great way to strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility and lose weight. Yoga provides you with a full mind and body workout. Women are so stressed and busy these days and practising yoga is a fantastic way to relax and centre yourself.
  • Follow a Well Rounded Routine – For the best results, you shouldn’t just do cardio or just do strength training. Instead, you need to do a combination of both. Try doing both types of exercise in each workout or alternatively, do a day of one then a day of the other.
  • Be Patient – This may be easier said than done but you can’t expect results after just one or two workouts. Fitness is something that takes time to achieve and there may be ups and downs along the way. The key is to stick with it.
  • Just Get Moving – This may seem like a no-brainer but it really is the first step to getting fit. If you haven’t worked out in a while, start by simply taking a walk and do this consistently until you build up your fitness. The more you move, the fitter you will become and this will motivate you to make fitness a part of your daily routine.

Take Care of Yourself. You Matter.

Women can be just as fit as men, but that level of “fitness” will never quite be the same. Women’s bodies are different from men’s. Not only do men and women have different levels of hormones, but the amount of fat and muscle in their bodies is very different as well. Your goal should be to work out for you, according to your gender, body mass and target goals!

Yes, getting back on track no more blaming the pandemic. I order exercising equipment, and signed up for two 30 days fitness challenges. I don’t like the way my body feels or looks.

Glad you liked the post. For centuries, women never concerned themselves with fitness or staying active. They dieted to lose weight and the most exercise they got came from chasing their children. There were of course, exceptions to this rule. There were women who participated in physical games with their kids or maybe a bike ride with their husbands. But for the most part, women, once they were grown, didn’t make it a point to exercise. Only a few women understood why fitness is important to women.

Glad you liked the post. Let’s face it. Exercise is considered one of the best prescribed drugs! I won’t bother giving you hundreds of links to the latest statistics describing how exercise can help lift depression, calm anxiety, help us have a happier disposition, or even achieve the holy grail of weight loss.

Feeling run down, frustrated, and disconnected from your own body can feel much worse than any type of workout! Many find their wellbeing is enhanced when they exercise, not just because their moods are better immediately following a workout, but also because sleep quality improves, and they find themselves making much better food choices!

Today, women are beginning to consider fitness and exercise an important part of staying healthy. As information becomes available about the benefits of exercise and the dangers of a sedentary lifestyle, women are paying close attention and doing something about it. They are making fitness a higher priority in their lives.

Running or walking: As you exercise, calories are burned and your body fat percentage decreases. So, exercising not only helps you to reduce belly fat, it also sheds fat from other areas. Running and walking are two of the best fat-burning exercises. Plus, the only equipment you need is a good pair of shoes.

The term Fitness means different things to different women. For some staying in shape and being healthy is a part of their normal lifestyle. For some staying fit is necessary to enhance their look and beauty. For models, air hostesses and people working in the media industry Visual appeal matters more for the enhancement of their careers, while for some fitness is just a way to maintain good health, While almost every woman knows that exercise is beneficial, but many of us are so busy with our families and our careers, that we have very little time for ourselves. Going to the gym, going for a walk, working out or even doing yoga sounds like climbing a mountain every day because time becomes a constraint and our daily chores and work pressures are more. Glad you liked the post.
