In today’s post we will continue to talk about the diet culture. If your is full and healthy, just move on with your life. You need to follow people who think and feel similarly about positive body image on social media. Get rid of any social media which makes you feel bad about your eating, that is constantly asking you to change the way you look. Just be aware of it and I think that’s a good start. See how often does that diet culture critic pops up. Stop the negative talk. You can have a great relationship with food. Eat intuitively. Check your eating habits, you may not be eating enough because of the diet culture. Intuitive eating is an approach which honours your hunger and respects it. So when you are hungry, just stop the negative talk and eat. Give your body what it wants, nourish your body, once you do that, you feel start feeling better. If for majority of your life, you have had these ads shoved in your face about what you should and shouldn’t eat then it will be very tough to break those habits. But we will talk about intuitive eating which will tell us how to eat in a healthy way and still manage to honour your hunger.
