Hair loss is also known as alopaecia and baldness, which happens in men, women and children. Over a 1,00,000 of terminal hairs adorn the scalp area of adults in both genders. Each of these hairs retains its own identity throughout the person’s lifetime. In practical terms, this means that each individual hair on scalp grows according to its own schedule, rather than a single schedule affecting the entire head of hair. Every day, the scalp loses about 100 hairs and they will grow back in 5-6 weeks, which is a part of hair renewal process. Mild hair loss is not that obnoxious, but excessive hair loss may require proper medical attention. There are various causes of hair loss & hair fall and several factors may actually contribute to excessive hair loss. Nowadays, a bunch of effective treatments are available to root out the vexing hair loss problem.

They are. Almonds are rich in magnesium and nutrients which promote hair growth. By preventing dandruff and hair damage, almond provides sufficient nutrition to the hair follicles that make the hair strands stronger, thus reducing hair fall.

Very interesting. I lost my hair at 14 due to anorexia and it made me question my identity which spurred my soul’s spiritual awakening. ❣

Our hair represents our identity for a lot of people. Even though we don’t take our hair with us into our next existence it is interesting to contemplate what role our hair plays in our lives..
