Meditation Techniques for Spells Part 2

Practising techniques such as observing your breathing, reciting mantras, creative visualisation and just sitting peacefully can help you to apply meditation to spell working.

Mantra Meditation

Mantra is a form of meditation where you chant a word or phrase repeatedly to focus your concentration. As sound is a form of energy, mantra is a simple technique to use for raising energy for your spells. Any word of phrase can be used; you could even use a line from your spell, chanting it at a steady, constant speed.

Musical Aids

You can also reinforce the power of your mantra by accompanying it with musical sounds. Use percussion instruments, such as finger cymbals or a triangle, to create a rhythmic chime in beat with your mantra. Mantras are good to chant when performing other actions in a spell, such as anointing a candle or tying knots in a ribbon, keeping you totally focused on the purpose of your spell.

Accompany your mantras with the chime of percussion instruments, to help maintain your focus and concentration.

Oh yes Loku. When you chant Om, a vibration sound felt through your vocal cord that clears and opens up the sinuses. Chanting Om also has cardiovascular benefits. It reduces stress and relaxes your body that brings down the blood pressure on the normal level and the heart beats with a regular rhythm.

For me, it is a little challenging to write stories inspired by the gond tribal community in India.

I have to do enough research. It takes time. Strong will power and love for your work are needed. I hope I will make it soon.
