Hypoglycemia is one of the most confusing, complicated, misunderstood, and too often misdiagnosed or undiagnosed conditions of modern medical history. There are four key causes of hypoglycemia : diet, stress, lifestyle & medical conditions.

  1. Must read article. I’ve seen many of them taking things for granted and eating chocolate when they get dizziness. Unsure, if it’s an apt way. Thank you for calling out.

  4. my blood pressure has been on the low side for a very long time and doctors have told me its normal as the only symptoms i have shown are cold hands and feet. I know its not to be taken lightly, but I guess the doctors don’t consider it a threat.. I don’t know.
