Hypoglycemia is one of the most confusing, complicated, misunderstood, and too often misdiagnosed or undiagnosed conditions of modern medical history. There are four key causes of hypoglycemia : diet, stress, lifestyle & medical conditions.

Low blood sugar is now so widely experienced that it seems “normal” to many – low blood sugar is not normal.   1. my blood pressure has been on the low side for a very long time and doctors have told me its normal as the only symptoms i have shown are cold hands and feet. I know its not to be taken lightly, but I guess the doctors don’t consider it a threat.. I don’t know.
