Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmation for today :

  • Today, I am brimming with energy and overflowing with joy.
  • My body is healthy; my mind is brilliant; my soul is tranquil.
  • I am superior to negative thoughts and low actions.
  • I have been given endless gifts which I begin to utilize today.
  • I forgive those who have harmed me in my past and peacefully detached from them.
  • A river of compassion washes away my anger and replaces it with love.
  • I am guided in my every step by spirit who leads me towards what I must know and do.
  • Creative energy surges through me and leads me to new and brilliant ideas.
  • Happiness is a choice.

Have a safe day ahead.

    1. Hi Kath, thank you. I am glad you liked them. Using affirmations is a practice of recognizing and changing your thoughts on a daily basis. Eventually, positive thoughts can transform your cognitive patterns and negative thoughts may become less prominent. The more you can consciously choose your thoughts, the better your life can be.

    1. Thank you Sara. I am glad you liked them. You can use affirmations in any situation where you’d like to see a positive change take place in your life. These might include times when you want to: Raise your confidence before presentations or important meetings. Control negative feelings such as frustration, anger, or impatience.

    1. Hi Bee, try with a sentence that is closest to your heart. For example, I have a beautiful family etc. Creating energy using the intentions of “I am” or “now” is by far, the most effective way to make your affirmations work faster. Spend a few minutes focusing on your breathing, allowing yourself to really experience the present moment. Choose your affirmations wisely and of course always make them positive.

    1. Glad you liked them Bella. Positive affirmations are phrases or mantras that you repeat to yourself, which describe a specific outcome or who you want to be. At first, these affirmations might not be true, but with constant repetition, your subconscious mind will start to believe them.
