Daily Dose of Affirmations

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmation for today :

  • I now fix my attention on the best life has to offer.
  • I fix my attention on the best, surround myself with the best, and am now becoming the best.
  • The best life has to offer is flowing into my life everyday.
  • The creative power within me is now transforming me into the image of that to which I give my attention.
  • I am of Thinking Substance and Thinking Substance always takes the form of that which it thinks about.
  • I now produce continuous faith through the continuous expression of gratitude to God and to others.
  • My gratitude is strong and constant.
  • My constant gratitude keeps me connected with the Power of the universe.
  • The movement of all the things I want is continuously toward me.
  • I am filled with gratitude every moment of my life.

Have a happy day ahead.

I usually associate Affirmations with your real self which is hiding inside our subconcious mind. Affirmations is the only way you can actually talk to it and get it applied in real world.

Yes Adil. Affirmations Mean Positive Self-Talk. Self-talk is something everybody does. It is the habit of the mind to be in constant inner conversations, commenting, analyzing, explaining, and repeating thoughts. Often, these inner conversations are negative, about fears, worries, hurts, and problems.

True. And before you know it, you seem to be judging yourself.
I recently took a Self-Awareness class and it was really helpful in understanding the difference between self-judging and analysing your thought process.

Yes it’s very easy to self doubt these days. A little awareness will go a long way.
