Daily Dose of Affirmation

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmation for todayย :

  • I will stop apologizing for being myself.
  • Negative self-talk has no place in my life.
  • I do not bow to my fears.
  • My mind, body, and soul are fit and strong.
  • I am grateful for the things I have.
  • I will achieve all of my goals.
  • My goals are simple and uncomplicated.
  • People will flock to me.
  • My goals are getting closer to completion every day.
  • I set clear goals and work to complete them every day.

Have a confidence filled day today. You can if you believe you can. Let’s get loud.

Thank you Paul. You didnโ€™t come out of the womb unsure of your cry or insecure about your large umbilical cord. You came out blissfully unaware of external judgment, concerned only with your own experience and needs. Iโ€™m not suggesting that you should be oblivious to other people. Itโ€™s just that it may help to remember confidence was your original nature before time started chiseling away at it. Once you developed a sense of self-awareness, you started forming doubts and insecurities about how other people saw you. You learned to crave praise and avoid criticism, and maybe you started getting down on yourself if you got more of the latter than the former. When you start feeling unsure of yourself remember: we were all born with confidence, and we can all get it back if we learn to silence the thoughts that threaten it.

Thank you Matt for sharing your words of wisdom. What does your soul want you to know?
We get so involved in the nitty-gritty of life that we often forget the most important lessons we came here to learn โ€“ the lessons that our inner spirit is trying to teach us during our relatively short stay here on earth. Since the soul is the fountainhead of wisdom of guidance, it is always trying to communicate with us. Each life experience is an invitation to live as closely as possible to our soulโ€™s true essence. This is what your soul wants you know.

Just like that new-born baby, Garima, you do not see the purity of your intentions as you build this blog. No artifice, no ulterior self-aggrandizement, and no delusions. I follow your blog to keep reminding myself of myself and the tsunami of everything else but now. Thank You..

Really good post. You seem to echo my thoughts, or rather your affirmations relate to what Iโ€™m thinking! Is that the same thing? Haha! Well thatโ€™s how I feel anyway so Thank you

You are most welcome Belles. Affirmations are statements which are closer to our soul frequency. They are gentle reminders to who we are, hence I recommend them daily ;)..hahah. Thank you for stopping by and I am glad you liked them.
