Daily Dose of Affirmation

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmation for today :

  • I have a plan of action to achieve my desires.
  • My priorities are clear. I work to finish my most important tasks first.
  • My goals are my focus.
  • I only set goals that matter.
  • My focus on success is unwavering.
  • When my need is strong enough, I will find a way.
  • I am committed to becoming the person I will become.
  • My mind is like water. I will change and adjust as needed.
  • Success is in my future.
  • I will master distractions and keep my focus on my goals.

Have a focused and productive day ahead.

      Most welcome Melissa.

  2. I am recently learning the influence of my thoughts on my actions. What we believe can affect what we manifest. These affirmations are powerful. I love this one: “I am committed to becoming the person I will become.”

One of my friends told me that I only have to think and behave like the person I want to be and then I will become her. I love that. For too many years, I thought my thoughts were out of my control. Knowing that I can control my thoughts and use them as a force of good (instead of harsh criticism) in my own life is so empowering!

I am sure you can think of instances in your life when you are truly wanted something and got it. Now that is thoughts becoming things.

As technology has rapidly advanced, our society has become dependent on being able to find answers immediately. If we have a burning question, all we need to do is reach for our smart phone or computer and within seconds we have an answer. We have become obsessed with instant gratification.
But life’s challenges contain powerful lessons, which simply cannot be rushed. Learning takes time. Impatience hides a most powerful truth; that within us resides all of the knowledge we need.
