Thank you Smitha. More and more energy brands are launching new products that doesn’t contain caffeine. Why? Because more and more consumers are being aware of the unnecessary evil the substance brings when you drink it in excess amounts. However, removing caffeine from an energy drink will in many cases just leave you with a soft drink – and there are plenty of brands that delivers good soft drinks!

Whaaaaaaat. Caffiene is good for the liver and many of us drink it in excess every day with the only downside being insomnia. Which, of course, is our own fault.

They suggest coffee to lead to a more diverse bacterial microbiome in long term drinkers. Diversity is a key component of a healthy gut. Moreover, the acid found in coffee decimates the lining of the stomach, causing some drinkers to develop ulcers or gastritis. 🤭🤭
