Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

Yes affirmations are the best. When you’re under stress, in a social situation for example, positive affirmations are invaluable. They’ll help you fight through the stress and find a way around issues. A good affirmation for stress is more than just useful. It can change your day, and if you invite it into your life, it can change everything.
