Tips to Lose Belly Fat

Belly fat or abdominal fat not only de-shapes an otherwise beautiful person but also raises the risk of many metabolic life-threatening diseases like diabetes, hypertension, heart disease etc. It adds an extra burden to the body causing joint pain.

Many people are doing tons of ab crunches daily but are not able to get rid of belly fat. Why? Because for ab muscles to be visible, belly fat should vanish. Belly fat is masking the muscle definition. It won’t go away by any amount of ab crunches. spot exercises will not burn spot fat. Here are a few tips you can use:

  • Don’t Skip Breakfast – Nearly 10% of the people skip breakfast. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day, you need an energy boosting food or drink like black coffee for adults or warm cup of green tea, milk for kids, whole wheat bread, low fat, yogurt and fruit, or a bowl of multigrain cereal with almonds and honey.
  • Less Calories Foods – Less Calorie = Less Fat. To lose belly fat as soon as possible you have to consume calorie-less food to reduce weight. Add boiled food to your diet and avoid foods that are sweet, rich in fats or fried.
  • Always Rehydrate – Drink at least eight glasses of fluid a day. Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverage. If you’re not a fan of plain water, try citrus juice with low amounts of sugar, brew-infused tears, and/or black coffee.
  • Avoid Alcohol – Most of the alcoholic drinks contain a lot of calories. If you like drinking beer, you should minimise it. However, drinking dry wine can help with burning tummy fat, it has many benefits for the digestive and vascular system. It contains resveratrol that lower the fat cell development around the waist and make the metabolism faster. Drink a small glass of wine 3-4 times a week.
  • Eat Fibre Rich Meals – Soluble fibres are a great source for reducing weight. Consuming foods that contain soluble fibres will shed the weight by reducing the bad cholesterol in your body. There is no doubt that your meals should contain fruits and vegetables. They contain a lot of fibres that suppress your appetite. In addition, they contain lots of minerals and vitamins.
  • Sleep Well – Improve the quality of your rest by setting a regular bedtime. Go to bed at the same time every night and wake up at the same time every day (selecting 7-8 hours). Have a power nap as needed to make up for the lost sleep.

Start your meal, especially your largest meal, with seasoned vegetables, be it vegetable soup or the vegetables on your entrée plate. And remember that vegetables should always comprise at least half of your plate and be a mix of starchy (like potatoes) and nonstarchy ones (your leafy greens, broccoli, etc.).

Eating the vegetables first will leave less room for other foods that aren’t as healthy, because vegetable fiber is filling.

The popular “flat belly diets”embrace much of the wisdom found in eating a Mediterranean diet, which helps everything from brain health to hearth health. The basic premise for both diets is eat foods rich in monosaturated fatty acids (MUFA) that may help reduce your belly fat storage. MUFA-rich foods include olive oil, nuts and seeds, avocodos, and fish. Eating yogurt regularly has also been found to be helpful in reducing belly fat.

Another diet trend that promises results when it comes to belly fat: the apple cider vinegar diet. While animal studies have been promising, current research in humans has yet to show impressive results. The data supporting the benefits of the Mediterranean diet, however, are real and cause for making some dietary changes.

One good place to begin improving your food choices is to eliminate sugary drinks — and not just soda, but juices. Sugar increases belly fat and fiber reduces belly fat; thus when you’re juicing fruits, you’re removing the fiber, leaving pure sugar. So one quick fix, a very concrete fix, would be eliminating sugary drinks.

Replacing sugary beverages with water will help dramatically cut down your sugar intake, and then once you’ve taken that step, you can figure out how to cut down on foods that are high in sugar.

If you have a sweet tooth and need to put that final accent to your meal, eat an apple, melon or fresh berries. Just remember, fruit is not a substitute for vegetables.

In general, some whites wines are almost always made in a dry style: Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Grigio, Spanish Albariños and Austrian Grüner Veltliners, for example. Some wines often fall between dry and off-dry: many New World Chardonnays, Rieslings, Viogniers and Pinot Gris, for example.

Yes also sleeping in cold helps. Sleeping at lower temperatures converts your brown fat into white fat, which can produce good metabolic benefits over time, like better insulin sensitivity and less fatty acids and triglycerides.
