Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

- I did my best today and thus earned my rest.
- I need to refuel to work as hard on my goals tomorrow.
- I get tired naturally in the evening and fall asleep quickly.
- Insomnia is no longer an issue for me.
- I improve the quality of my sleep by making some necessary changes to my lifestyle.
- I sleep better and wake up in a great mood, ready to kickstart the day.
- Every day I get enough sleep.
- I end the day peacefully, let go of anything that happened and close my eyes with a smile on my face at night.
- I leave anything overwhelming and too emotional for tomorrow because the evening is my rest time.
- Sleep is the best meditation.
