Daily Dose of Affirmation

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature. 

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmation for today :

  • When in bed, I empty my mind, fill it with positive thoughts and peaceful images, and start dreaming beautiful things.
  • I don’t have any sleeping problems, I just need to change what I do before I go to sleep.
  • I respect my bedroom, it’s my sanctuary and I take care of it.
  • I enjoy my evenings more than ever now that I’m turning them into whole rituals with relaxing activities.
  • Quality sleep is important for my body and mind to function properly. So I give them enough of it every night.
  • I’m grateful for anything that happened today, believe it was the best for me, and look forward to what tomorrow will bring.
  • I spend my days productively, and that brings me happy sleep.
  • When the evening comes, no distractions or temptations can get to me because quality sleep becomes my priority.
  • My bed is so comfortable that I fall asleep the moment I get in. 20. I sleep deeply.
  • I sleep deeply.

    I agree. Sleep is so important. I have noticed that the nights that I do not sleep well are either the nights when my mind is burdened, or if my surroundings are chaotic and disorganized.

        Yes, I think that’s becoming more common lately for a lot of people. This is a stressful time in so many ways. It doesn’t help that many are watching the world change daily around us, and now everyone has to struggle to catch up.
