Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

- When in bed, I empty my mind, fill it with positive thoughts and peaceful images, and start dreaming beautiful things.
- I don’t have any sleeping problems, I just need to change what I do before I go to sleep.
- I respect my bedroom, it’s my sanctuary and I take care of it.
- I enjoy my evenings more than ever now that I’m turning them into whole rituals with relaxing activities.
- Quality sleep is important for my body and mind to function properly. So I give them enough of it every night.
- I’m grateful for anything that happened today, believe it was the best for me, and look forward to what tomorrow will bring.
- I spend my days productively, and that brings me happy sleep.
- When the evening comes, no distractions or temptations can get to me because quality sleep becomes my priority.
