Daily Dose of Affirmation

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature. 

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmation for today :

  • I am exactly where I need to be right now.
  • All things are temporary.
  • I’m grateful for adversity because it allows me to grow.
  • My strength is greater than my struggles.
  • I will let go of the things I cannot control.
  • I am enough.
  • I love myself for who I am.
  • I am worthy of great things.
  • I am strong.
  • I am in charge of my own self-worth.
  • I am surrounded by love.
  • Success and happiness come easily to me.
  • I can create the life I dream of.
  • I only attract good things.
  • There are endless opportunities around me.

Have a confidence filled day ahead. You are loved, always remember that.

      I am glad you found these affirmations empowering. First key step would be Accept Yourself and the Situation. The first step towards accepting yourself is to face the issue of self-criticism. As your self-esteem improves, you see the positive in situations. Your confidence will grow by using affirmations. You are lovable. Other people take your lead in how much respect to show you.

      Positive affirmations can allow you to stop criticizing people as they can stop you noticing the negatives about others. This can allow you to improve your social life, become well liked and advance in your career or personal life.

  4. I was like giving up but I came across your post, and it was that I thought deeper on the affirmation words. I am reminded that everything is temporary.

      And You are right, Everything is temporary; Emotions, thoughts, people and scenery. Do not get attached, just flow with it. When we really think about it, the only thing truly permanent in this life is change. Things already changed in the few moments it took you read this sentence.

      Using affirmations is a practice of recognizing and changing your thoughts on a daily basis. Eventually, positive thoughts can transform your cognitive patterns and negative thoughts may become less prominent. The more you can consciously choose your thoughts, the better your life can be.
