High blood pressure is typically a silent disease, producing few or no symptoms while increasing the risk for heart attack, stroke, vision problems and kidney disease. There are two basic types of high blood pressure, also known as hypertension: primary (essential) and secondary. 

Anybody who has hypertension should be encouraged to work with their physician to try various things that might help them lower their blood pressure without the use of pharmacologic agents. On the natural side of things, here are few food groups which can help you in reducing blood pressure if you add them in your diet :

    1. I didn’t see any links, but your last two sentences say to watch a short video that would help lower blood pressure. There’s no link attached, but implied statements saying there was one. I wasn’t sure if there was supposed to be one, or if it was a spam or something.
