  5. But there is one thing you forget to mention: out of plants the human body can only take 1-7% and out of organic food 40-70%. So I am not really impressed also not because plants are very hard to digest and we have nothing extra to do so. 🤔

      3. Before we knew Chia was good to eat, we saw the Chia ornamental plants usually grown on a decorative character’s head like hair. You have to You Tube it.
