Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

- I develop healthy sleeping habits and stick to them for the rest of my life.
- Every day I’m becoming a better sleeper.
- I don’t wake up at night, but sleep sound till the morning, when I arise happy.
- When I go to bed, a sense of deep relaxation fills my body and mind.
- With the right sleeping schedule, I go to bed early, sleep well and wake up before dawn feeling energized.
- I get all the rest I need at night.
- I don’t need to overthink the events from the day before bed because I know I’ve done my best.
- I sleep like a baby.
- Nothing can prevent me from getting a good night’s sleep every night.
