I’m learning to let go of expectations. This is difficult because they conceal themselves behind shoulds, expected courtesy, and “after all I’ve done for you…” People rarely live up to our expectations, leaving us frustrated, disappointed, angry, and NEEDY! I said it! I want Give me Give me Right Now! because this is my expectation!…

I’m learning to let go of expectations.

This is difficult because they conceal themselves

behind shoulds, expected courtesy,

and “after all I’ve done for you…”

People rarely live up to our expectations, leaving us frustrated, disappointed,

angry, and NEEDY!

I said it!

I want Give me

Give me Right Now!

because this is my expectation!

When I look at it this way,

it looks awful.

And so

I’m learning to let go of expectations.
