Sources of Spiritual Energy

What are the sources of spiritual energy? Spiritual energy descends from one’s higher soul. The higher soul receives spiritual energy from its spiritual teacher and other spiritual teachers, the higher beings, the holy angels or the great devas. Deva means “Shining One”.

In other words, spiritual energy is actually energy coming mainly from the spiritual guru, other spiritual teachers, holy angels, higher beings and, to a certain extent, from one’s higher soul. This is why it is important to invoke for Divine Blessings before doing spiritual practices.

The spiritual teachers, higher beings and holy angels are “channels” and “transformers” in reducing the potency of the Divine Energy coming from the Universal Supreme God. They also help in regulating the subtle energies, the subtle bodies, and the physical body in order to produce the expected results.

The moment we let the courtain fall on our inner chaos is the moment we allow it to start boiling and with time overwhelm our whole egzistance. Our transmitters, un-voluntary, start to deploy all the repressed negativity towards the world around us. Chains of inhibition though, however needed, should be broken at times.
You are correct. Our supreme rulers (halfs of the brain) do have their well established process of messaging to our extremities. This however can be controlled by shear will to resist to the urges coming from within the centers of bare instincts redirecting them to my favourite G-spot:creativity. Once it comes to those open fields instinct starts to blossom into an explosion of originality. An outlet freedom stitched into us with birth so desperatly needs.
I do however wonder are the photographs you post above your articles yours? I am only asking cause I like them.

    1. Our life is put to the test when we are dealing with chaos. Whether you’re stuck in horrible traffic and running late or you can’t find something you’re looking for, your mind is in havoc. Chaos is inevitable. But what you need during a time like this is a calm mind, even though it may seem impossible to maintain any peace.

Chaos comes with uncertainty, insecurities, fears and an inability to control the situation. That’s when you need to channel your inner peace to reduce stress. All that outer chaos merely represents our mental state, and by calming that chaos, our inner peace is found again. With all the drama and tension in everyday life, it’s hard to maintain peace amidst the challenges of life.

    1. Spend a while completely focusing on your breathing. Mindfully release the tension in your body. Continue to breathe slowly and deeply, while scanning your body for feelings of tension. Start with your toes and work your way up your body, paying attention to each group of muscles as you go.
