It’s natural to be scared. Life is terrifying, but not as terrifying as it appears.
Vulnerability may be the gentlest, most intense form of strength. Don’t let it hold you back. Dance through your fear of speaking your truth. Someone must hear what you are saying. You are entitled to say whatever you want.
You are sufficient for people just as you are. You are flawlessly perfect.
You are loved and deserving of close affection. You are very much loved.
You don’t have to have a lover to live. You will not be alone indefinitely. Someone out there needs your heart to be with them for the rest of their lives. You are desirable in all ways. You are sought after.
After all, you are a human being, and no human being has it all together. You are actually doing better than you believe.
I don’t know who you are, but I am very proud of you.
Above all, keep hope alive. Hope can be found everywhere.
