In the realm of growth, discomfort thrives,
Pushing boundaries, it helps us survive.
Though the weight feels heavy, don’t dismay,
For strength is born in the midst of the fray.

At the gym, if we lift the same old weight,
Reps unchanged, progress will stagnate.
But dare to challenge, to strive for more,
Witness the transformation that lies in store.

With each lift, tears in our muscles appear,
Yet fear not, for this is how strength draws near.
For in their mending, they grow fortified,
Stronger than before, with each stride.

Emotions and nerves, they follow the same rule,
Micro tears they endure, yet never lose their cool.
For in the healing, they too become refined,
A better version of oneself, they help us find.

So let us embrace discomfort’s bold embrace,
Knowing that it leads to a better place.
With each tear and rest, we’ll steadily grow,
Stronger, wiser, with a radiant glow.

Together, we face these challenges, no less,
With determination, resilience, and finesse.
In the pursuit of growth, we shall persist,
For we are capable, and we absolutely insist!
