The Green Smoothie
- Choose your base liquid – Filtered water/Alkaline water/Coconut water/Soy Milk/Coconut Milk/Hemp Milk/Almond Milk
- Pick your greens – A handful of greens such as spinach/kale/collards/beet greens/swiss chards
- Pick your fruits – Apple/ Banana / Strawberries/ Mango/ Pear/ Peach/ Blueberries/ Raspberries/Blackberries/ Melon/Watermelon/Dates/Pineapple
- For Added Boost, Use 1-2 teaspoons (Add as many as you like) – Flaxseed/ Chia Seeds/ Hemp seeds/ Raw Cacao Nibs/ Goji Berries/ Bee Pollen/ Cinnamon/ Maca Powder/ Sesame Seeds/ Plant based protein
- Sweeten it (optional ) – Raw honey/ Stevia leaves or drops/ Agave syrup/ Chopped dates
- Combine them all and blend it – With the use of your favourite blender mix all of these ingredients, serve with ice and enjoy.
