Let me know if you liked it πŸ™‚ Green smoothies are packed with fiber, which lowers cholesterol and glucose levels, keeps you feeling fuller for longer and regulates your body’s cleansing processes. Plus, it’s a tasty way to get a strong dose of fruits and veggies, which provide vital nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin C, folate and potassium.

Green smoothies are easy to digest. When blended well, most of the cells in the greens and fruits are ruptured, making the valuable nutrients easy for the body to assimilate. Green smoothies literally start to get absorbed in your mouth.

  4. Green is good! Me and my wife drink a slightly different version, everyday. We use Japanese green tea, pineapple, spinach, flax-seed powder, black currants, celery and one to two bananas! I believe it’s good for what ails us…

That’s great Steven. Green Juice drenches your body in plant nutrients and chlorophyll (aka liquid sunshine.) Chlorophyll strengthens your immune system, helps control inflammation, increases red blood cell production, and helps enhance your cells’ ability to carry oxygen.

Thanks for sharing this. I enjoy Green Smoothie unsweetened, occasionally with dates. I will definitely try adding some of the boosters.
