An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but only a dose of positive affirmations can keep your energy and confidence high throughout the day.Β  The idea of an affirmation is to change the way we think over a period of time. Remember that it took however many years old you are to get you to think the way you do. It is going to take time to reprogram your mind to think positive things about yourself and then believe them. The important thing is to find out what you think negative about yourself and then rewrite it so it is in the form of a positive statement instead of a negative one.

    • Self confidence affirmations, when repeated over and over again, along with certain other steps, will help you build self confidence. But what is self confidence? Self confidence is nothing but self assuredness in one’s behavior, ability, etc. It is the belief of believing in yourself, to believe that one is able to accomplish what one sets out to do, to overcome obstacles and challenges. Your perception of yourself has an enormous impact on how others perceive you. Also, the more self confidence you have, the more likely you are to succeed.
