Daily Dose of Affirmation

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmation for today :

  • I accept myself just as I am.
  • I love myself deeply and unconditionally.
  • I am beautiful. I am enough. I am blessed.
  • I fully surrender my desires and trust that the universe has my back.
  • Everything in my life is working out for my highest good.
  • My success is inevitable.
  • Today is filled with blessings and I open my heart to receive them.
  • My life is overflowing with joy, love and abundance.
  • Something amazing is about to happen to me.
  • I am deeply devoted to creating my dream life.

Have a fulfilling day ahead. Take Care

It is hard because we are trying to accept people and situations forcibly. And, we do not understand the meaning of Acceptance. Acceptance does not mean you like everyone. It means you accept your dislike for some people too.

Having a sense of who you are and what matters to you can make a lot of things easier. One way to solidify this sense of self is to reflect on your personal values or to do things that reinforce these values – in other words, to engage in what psychologists call self-affirmation.

There are a few ways researchers study the effects of self-affirmation. Sometimes they ask people to write about their values or to create lists of their values. Other times they just ask people how often they reflect on their values in their day-to-day lives.

No matter which approach they take, though, psychologists are finding that contemplating your values can make a real difference.

Your thoughts orient your life actions! Improve our overall quality of life– Studies have shown people that practice positive affirmations to be happier, more optimistic, and have a clearer perspective on life. It makes sense doesn’t it?!

  5. Accepting oneself is appropriately listed at the beginning. We all need to look in on ourselves each and every day.

The happiest people go out of their way to treat themselves right and they do something nice for themselves each day. They set appropriate boundaries and take care of themselves by saying no to things when they need to. “When you love yourself, you understand that saying no to something you don’t want to do is an act of kindness, and you don’t walk around with negative feelings toward the person who asked you to do something you didn’t want to do.
