Daily Dose of Affirmation

on

I create as I speak.

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmations for today :

  • I choose to be in a good mood.
  • I choose to have a positive attitude.
  • I believe in myself.
  • I forgive myself for not being perfect.
  • I make the best of every situation.
  • I have control over my thoughts and feelings.
  • I treat others with respect.

Have a great day ahead.

Yes, writing and speaking both transform what “isn’t” (hidden) into something that is seen/heard

Words have power. Their meaning crystallizes perceptions that shape our beliefs, drive our behavior, and ultimately, create our world. Their power arises from our emotional responses when we read, speak, or hear them.

Yes, they seem to have an un-reined/reigned power that is totally unpredictable in outcome regardless of our attempts to control them

Ah yes those instances are reactions rather than reflections.

From my perspective a reaction is interior and the response is exterior (ized). Still, that’s me

Yes it is. We need to reflect and respond more.

So for example, I read your words and have a feeling/thought about them. However, not being a first draft person, my response might be the result of my reflection on/of them.

        Yes they are a reflection

So as a reflection, like a mirror, we see a good image but it is reversed, so it is not like being face to face. The trick then becomes learning to read the words seen in a mirror.

Not sure if we can use mirror reflection as a analogy here
