Happy Sunday > Affirmations

Using positive affirmations gives you back control of your mind and the information it receives. It puts you in the driver’s seat of your mind and lets you flood it with positive information which will change you for the better! Here are some affirmations for the week ahead.

  1. I am in the right place at the right time.
  2. I make things happen.
  3. I am determined. 
  4. I am fearless.
  5. I am disciplined.
  6. I am living in total abundance.
  7. I love doing the hardest tasks first.
  8. I am a money magnet, and prosperity of all kinds is drawn to me.
  9. I am flexible and I am willing to do what it takes to achieve my goals.
  10. Everything goes right for me.
  11. I am proud of myself and my accomplishments.
  12. The perfect people are showing up at the perfect time.
  13. Opportunities are everywhere.
  14. I am on my way to building my legacy.
  15. I have all the talent and resources to accomplish all my goals.
  16. I am a perpetual generator of positive energy.
  17. I believe I have it is in me.
  18. My wildest dreams are coming true.
  19. I am grateful for my wonderful life.
  20. Everything happens for a good reason.
  21. All that I need is drawn to me.
  22. All that I have I give away.
  23. All that I give comes back to me tenfolds.
  24. My success is for certain.
  25. I am strong.
  26. I am powerful.
  27. I am unstoppable.
  28. I move in the direction of my goals.
  29. I was born to do something great.
  30. I commit today to do what it takes to succeed. I take responsibility for where I am.
  31. All I need is within me now.

    1. The more I committed to myself, the more I was motivated to develop healthier habits and a more empowering outlook on life in general. Self-love makes you want to take good care of yourself and do the things necessary to achieve your life goals. When you commit to yourself out of love, you can get more of what you want.

  3. My first exposure to positive affirmations was in the reading of books by Iyanla Vanzant, before she was a TV personality. The concept felt weird to me, at first, but after trying out a few of them I realized the power of positive self-talk. Thank you for sharing these.

Affirmations are magic.! “It’s not what you say out of your mouth that determines your life, it’s what you whisper to yourself that has the most power.” Affirmations are more than just a self-help statements to make ourselves feel better. They can have a significant impact on our overall quality of life.

We all vibrate energetically at a particular frequency. … The higher the frequency of your energy or vibration, the lighter you feel in your physical, emotional, and mental bodies.     1. A daily practice helps to keep the small things in perspective. In this high-speed world you can easily lose sight of how large the small things really are. When healthy you may forget to think of how much you appreciate it. A simple morning affirmation sentence of “I am healthy” can go a long way.
      A recent study shows that optimistic people have healthier hearts, and affirmations help you to stay positive. I am so glad you have decided to make affirmations a part of your daily routine. Sending you divine light and love.

Whenever the world seems to dark, and the problems seem too insurmountable, my spiritual practices allow me the space to remember that there is always a better way and there is always a solution. I believe that the greatest first step to change we can make, is changing the thoughts of our minds. Our thoughts matter so much, so even if you feel like there is nothing you can do to change the world we live in, you can make a conscientious effort to switch the reel to more positive thinking. Ask yourself, “How can I see life differently?” I promise you, it will lighten life’s load.

      3. I choose health, happiness and life for myself and others.

      6. Everyday I am finding harmony in my life, dreams and well being.

      2. Find a quite place in your house. Minimal lighting. Sit in a comfortable chair, Speak them loud, feeling meaning of every word deep within. The soul will guide you on how many times you should do.
