Affirmations for Confidence

An apple a day keeps the doctor away, but only a dose of positive affirmations can keep your energy and confidence high throughout the day. Affirmations are positive statements that describe a desired situation, repeated many times to influence the subconscious mind to do positive action. However, more than simply saying these statements, one has to understand the underlying beliefs in each in order to say it with conviction. Today, I bring to you affirmations to boost our confidence. In this modern world, more often than not, our confidence gets hit by uncertainty. Repetitive positive confident thoughts can help us sail smoothly through the journey of life.

Caution! Find time to stop and reflect on these words before you use them. Otherwise, it will not be effective.

  1. I believe that I am capable of doing anything I put my mind to.
  2. I am worthy of my dreams.
  3. I am enough the way I am.
  4. I am a shiny ray of sunlight shining everywhere I go.
  5. I love my own company and I make myself happy.
  6. I trust that my intuition will lead me to the right path.
  7. I choose to see the good in everything.
  8. All of the answers I need are within me.
  9. I am a compassionate, kind, and loving being.
  10. My mistakes and failures are opportunities to become a better version of myself.
  11. I am conscious of what I say and do
  12. I stand up for myself and for what is right.
  13. I am free to think for myself.
  14. I am great at what I do.
  15. My voice has infinite power in this world.
  16. I love the unique person that I am.
  17. I believe that everything happens for my highest evolution.
  18. I trust that the universe is here to guide and support me.
  19. I am open to new experiences because that is where I come to life.

When things do not go right or you sense some negative vibration, take a deep breath. Calm down and tell yourself to relax. In your day-to-day challenges, there’s no way you can move on or even resolve some challenge if you are in a panic.a

    1. Thank you. It means a lot. I help a lot of people with counselling both online and offline. My practice makes me realise that sometimes it’s all about reiterating little things which we all already. We all know what to do when we are down and out, if only we listen to our bodies and mind. Thank you for helping me know that my thoughts are reaching more and more people.

    1. I acknowledge my own self-worth; my self confidence is rising. I am worthy of all the good things that happen in my life. I am confident with my life plan and the way things are going. I let go of the negative feelings about myself, and accept all that is good.

Say these lines under your breath everytime. This is better than repeating the chronic negative thought pattern.
