Any action is a reflection of thoughts and the thoughts are directed by a positive or a negative approach. You can become a successful person, if you are influenced to induce your thoughts.  The results of researches show that the working patterns of your body and your thoughts are interconnected with each other.  If you are endowed with a positive frame of mind, you will be able to lift your spirit.  Here are certain positive thoughts for you to consider. Just reading them carefully will uplift your mood and bring you some calm.

  1. Your affirmations hit home because I struggle constantly with self-worth. I would add to them that creation is a puzzle that requires every piece. My piece is as important as any other for completing the picture. Thank you for your beautiful thoughts.

    • Thank you. I am glad you liked my post. We all have a “critical inner voice,” which acts like a cruel coach inside our heads that tells us we are worthless or undeserving of happiness. This coach is shaped from painful childhood experiences and critical attitudes we were exposed to early in life as well as feelings our parents had about themselves. While these attitudes can be hurtful, over time, they have become engrained in us. As adults, we may fail to see them as an enemy, instead accepting their destructive point of view as our own.

    • Oh they are simply amazing. “I am hardworking” will motivate you to be hard working much more than telling yourself “man you’re lazy”. Your thoughts orient your life actions! They also Improve our overall quality of life– Studies have shown people that practice positive affirmations to be happier, more optimistic, and have a clearer perspective on life.
