Anti Aging Secret Recipe

Women in Japan pride themselves on having healthy, beautiful skin – taking every possible precaution to keep it in tiptop condition. Pure, clean, radiant and glowing skin is very important in Asia. The face is considered a reflection of inner personality, beauty, and health – so there is a lot of attention paid to overall quality, texture and tone of skin. In Japan, the attitude towards achieving healthy-looking skin is to spend time and care. This beauty philosophy isn’t about covering up what we deem flaws; it’s about a long tradition of self-care rituals that have been practiced by millions of women.

A secret to their beauty, is a simple gift of nature – Rice.

Good not only for pudding, a surprising source of Lionel acids and scalene, a powerful antioxidant which stimulates the development of collagen. It slows down the formation of wrinkles on the skin and protects it from the negative influence of the sun. Also, rice is full of vitamin E, known with the capacity to protect the heart and to reduce the level of cholesterol in the blood. Unfortunately, if not for Japanese people, the majority of people do not know about these facts. Rice is really capable of miracles when we talk about the secrets of looking young.

Here’s a recipe for a simple face mask which will improve you skin colour and smooth out wrinkles.

Ingredients :

  • 3 tbsp rice.
  • 1 tbsp milk.
  • 1 tbsp honey

How to prepare :

  • Boil and filter the rice. Save the water in which you boiled the rice.
  • Take the rice water, add 1 tablespoon of warm milk and 1 spoon of warm honey.
  • Mix well.

How to use :

  • Apply this mask to your clean dry skin.
  • Leave it on for about 30 minutes or until it’s completely dried out.
  • Then wash your face with left over rice water.

Rice water has strong antioxidant properties. It moisturises the skin and stimulates blood circulation. This water also removes the pigmentary spots and it has anti-inflammatory function/process on the skin. Also, you can use it before you are going to lay down in the sun and tan, it will moisturize the skin and will protect it from a formation of new wrinkles.
