Banana Face Mask

Banana is extremely good for your hair and skin since it has natural moisturizing properties. Banana is rich in minerals and vitamins (Vitamin E, C, B and A) that help to promote healthy skin and hair recovery. It is a rich storehouse of potassium and natural oils that make banana an excellent emollient. Tryptophan is an amino acid, contained in bananas and this makes it perfect for beauty treatments.

Here are a few ways in which you can prepare banana face masks for various skin reasons

For Acne

  • Ingredients – 2 tablespoon mashed banana, 1 tablespoon baking soda, 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
  • Mix all and apply to cleansed face.
  • Rinse it off after 10-12 minutes.
  • Repeat twice a week.

For Wrinkles

  • Ingredients – 2 tablespoon mashed banana, 1 tablespoon yogurt, 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice.
  • Mix all and apply to cleansed face.
  • Rinse it off after 20-30 minutes.
  • Repeat 3-4 times in a week.

For Bright Skin

  • Ingredients – 2 tablespoon mashed banana, 1 tablespoon honey.
  • Mix all and apply to cleansed face.
  • Rinse it off after 20-30 minutes.
  • Repeat twice a week.

      I am glad she liked the post. Banana peels rubbed over the forehead and cheeks can help tighten the skin and give it a fresher, healthier look. Rub the inside of the banana peel on your face before bed and leave it overnight. Wash it off with warm water in the morning.

      Bananas are the secret to well-nourished skin. Rich in potassium and moisture, it will hydrate and moisturizes dry skin, making it soft and supple.
