- Practice the 6 steps of miracle morning.
- Divide your 60 minutes however you please.
- Benefit the rest of the day from your miracle morning.
Here are the 6 steps :
- Silence – Time for reflection, meditation, deep breathing or praying.
- Affirmation – Room to develop and repeat your positive affirmation.
- Visualisation – A moment to visualise your goals possibly with a vision board.
- Exercise – Benefit mentally from physical exercise with a brief workout.
- Reading – Develop your mind by reading a few pages from a self help book.
- Scribing – Write down your thoughts by keeping and reviewing a journal.
