- Take a bath.
- Bake or cook something.
- Clean your house.
- Do something creative.
- Shop alone.
- Take a break from social media.
- Take a long shower.
- Look through old photos.
- Schedule a date with your best friend.
- Set specific times for contacting people.
- Go on a solo day trip.
- Take a long drive.

I am glad you liked the post. One thing I really like is spending time with nature. Time in nature is an essential self-care practice for introverted women. Best of all, it’s free. You don’t have to pay or plan for it. Just walk outside, find a quiet patch of green, and enjoy the rejuvenating benefits of being in the great outdoors.
