How to blend oils for treating insomnia – All of these blends should be added to 35ml base oil or 100ml water.
- Insomnia from depression – 4 drops bergamot, 3 drops lavender, 3 drops sandalwood.
- Insomnia from external sources – 3 drops mandarin, 4 drops chamomile, 3 drops benzoin.
- Insomnia from lifestyle problems – 2 drops clary sage, 4 drops marjoram, 4 drops neroli.
- General Insomnia – 3 drops petitgrain, 3 drops Melissa, 4 drops ylang ylang.
