Elderberry Syrup

Prevention Syrup
- 1/2 cup elderberry
- 2 tbsp rose hips
- 1 tbsp echinacea
- Juice of 1 lemon
Warming Syrup
- 1/2 cup elderberries
- 1 tbsp ginger
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/2 tsp cloves
- 1/2 tsp orange zest
Lung Support Syrup
- 1/2 cup elderberry
- 1 tbsp mullein
- 1 tbsp licorice
