Elderberry Syrup

Many people seem to know that elderberry syrup is good for you: It’s been clinically proven to help your immune system, and, well, it tastes nice. So how do you make elderberry syrup at home? Here are a few recipes :

Prevention Syrup

  • 1/2 cup elderberry
  • 2 tbsp rose hips
  • 1 tbsp echinacea
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Warming Syrup

  • 1/2 cup elderberries
  • 1 tbsp ginger
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 1/2 tsp orange zest

Lung Support Syrup

  • 1/2 cup elderberry
  • 1 tbsp mullein
  • 1 tbsp licorice
