Funny how living with major depression & anxiety has taught me resilience…so many times I’ve felt like giving up, considered suicide after losing my father…but I had to dig deep within to find my way back again. Ive had relapses due to trauma & challenges, but Im still fighting today…advocating for mental health awareness🙏
