Later on, you’ll learn why. Switch off your logical thinking and follow your instincts instead.

I created a small journal last year just to keep track of how the cosmos communicates with me before important events in my life. I would observe and document anything strange that occurred. I would then look back after gathering the data over a period of days or weeks and attempt to comprehend how specific occurrences influenced subsequent ones. I began to see how my life’s course and cosmic coincidences were related. When we reflect on the events of our lives, we can see that there were some things that were obvious at the time, but we could never have known that. We aren’t really supposed to anticipate the future or know where things will go because life is odd. It is meant to be a surprise! Even though it doesn’t seem like it now, everything happens for a reason, which will eventually become clear.
Many of my friends have reported seeing recurring numbers and words in their lives, especially when something really spiritual is taking place in their lives. This is something that I myself encounter frequently; it appears to intensify at particular periods, but I’m not always sure why. When coincidences start to multiply like that, I believe it indicates that we are more in harmony. However, alignment alone doesn’t seem to be enough to describe it. Even when we are unpleasant and under a lot of stress, coincidences begin to occur more frequently. Why is it the case? Does the cosmos wish for humans to experience discomfort? The logical mind has a lot of questions about it.
Yes, we are occasionally designed to feel uncomfortable. Synchronicities are signs from the cosmos that we are following the right path. It is an integral aspect of our path, even while we are going crazy. Knowing that everything we think is crazy actually makes sense in the big picture can give us some solace. We’re supposed to experience hardships. The only way to reach a higher state of consciousness is through it. Because the soul is capable of finding a way out, there are times when we are supposed to travel a path of misery. To fully enjoy light, we must first be in the dark.
We are here to learn lessons of the soul, and we cannot always learn them without getting lost. Nobody can guide us through our spiritual development; we must all figure out the key lessons for ourselves. Consider the events in your past. Did you frequently notice synchronicities when you were feeling lost? Did it seem like everything was going wrong and that nothing made sense? However, did the universe provide you any signs that everything was okay? Consider that. In the end, didn’t it work out? Wasn’t it crucial for you to learn something important during that time? Don’t let the outside world get you down when it occurs to you again. Be patient the next time.
Never lose hope as long as you are doing things morally and that the universe has something bigger in mind for you. Simply savour each moment and work to get through the challenging ones. Every moment is filled with happiness. Every narrative has a compelling plot worth reading.

“The logical mind has a lot of questions about it.” The logical mind believes in an answer/goal to every question. What mind has no expectation of an answer and finds joy in the question itself?

Agreed. When we embrace the true no expectations, no disappointments meaning, we begin to live fully in the present. Our lives are filled with acceptance, gratitude and love. We stop fighting things that are out of our control and focus our power on what we can control: our own mindset, emotions and actions. Learning how to be happy without expectations means realizing that fulfillment comes from within. It’s a realization that will transform your life.

Yes, transformation seems to be everywhere. I lost a gold ring in a lake and it was transformed into a story.

It was a ring given to me by my mother. It was the only physical remnant of her favorite brother who I often heard her talk about in admiring tones. The ring was too large for my boyhood finger, so I wrapped white medical tape at the bottom of the ring so it would fit. I wore the ring a few years and was very proud of having it in my possession. It also seemed to symbolize the fact that I was my mother’s favorite.
One day I was at my aunt and uncle’s lake cabin swimming when I noticed the ring was missing from my finger. Frantically I searched for it, but the water was deep and the lake bottom was covered with tall weeds. I felt terrible knowing I had lost something that had such sentimental value to my mother, so I didn’t tell her. Years went by and she never asked what became of it. In fact, she never mentioned it at all. I now believe she probably knew I lost it, and chose not to burden me with guilt. I tell the story because it taught me what forgiveness is like, and that forgiveness transforms things and people into something more.

A mother’s forgiveness knows no bound. My mother tends to not state the obvious as well, which makes me feel more guilty though. I am not a mother yet, but I can’t fathom how my cousins and friends who are mothers do it.

As long as you know that feeling guilty is not the same as being guilty!

When I told my family and psychiatrist about the synchronicities I was seeing almost regularly, they dismissed them almost automatically. Called them delusions.
Great to know there are others who don’t think so!

Synchronicities are a form of divine guidance. They are one way that your angels, spiritual guides, the Universe, or a higher power communicate with you. Ohotto reminds us that synchronicity is “a powerful force that moves through all our lives. Yes you are not alone!

cosmic adventurer! I absolutely adore your journaling practice of documenting the signs and synchronicities that the universe presents to you before important events in your life. It’s fascinating to observe how the seemingly random occurrences in our lives can actually be interconnected and have a deeper meaning.
It’s interesting that you mention how these synchronicities seem to intensify during spiritual times, and even during moments of stress and discomfort. It’s a reminder that sometimes we need to go through challenging situations to learn the lessons that our soul needs to grow.
But through it all, I love your message of hope and perseverance. Never lose sight of the fact that the universe has something bigger in store for you, and that every moment – even the difficult ones – is worth cherishing. Keep shining bright, my dear cosmic friend!

You followed me around for the last 3 years didn’t you? 🤭 It’s amazing to actually bare witness to these ‘synchronicities’ and their power behind it. The moon cycles are extremely powerful as well. We see it we think moon, nighttime, asleep etc. I wonder if anyone else thinks about how the gravitational pull affects our bodies and our energy levels themselves. Great Posr!

Not many think about it, unconsciously though. But the science is amazing.
