I create as I speak.

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmations for today :

  1. I accept myself for who I am and create peace, power and confidence of mind and of heart.
  2. I am going to forgive myself and free myself. I deserve to forgive and be forgiven.
  3. I am healing and strengthening every day.
  4. I’ve made it through hard times before, and I’ve come out stronger and better because of them. I’m going to make it through this.
  5. I do not waste away a single day of my life. I squeeze every ounce of value out of each of my days on this planet—today, tomorrow, and everyday.

Have a great day ahead.

  1. Thank you for your very uplifting post. While you mention Teilhard de Chardin, your writing has much of the eastern religious view about it. Interestingly, I am reading up on the science v religion debate. It appears estern societies are more conflicted over this debate than those in the east. I would be interested to know if you are consciously attempting to merge the viewpoints of many religions into a more harmonious one?

    1. Thank you for your thoughtful comment! My goal is to offer guidance and inspiration from various sources, including Eastern perspectives, to create a more inclusive and harmonious view of personal growth and spirituality.

  2. Thanks again for your replies. It seems that current culture is one of simplification which results in barriers;. Instead a synthesis of beliefs, faiths and knowledge may give a more meaningful if complex conclusion. After all, that’s why we are meant to be intelligent beings!
