One thing I’ve learned recently:
No need for advice, just be.
They already know what to do.
Give them time, it’ll come through.
Recognize tough days, they’re real.
Being kind to self, tough to feel.
Finding hope in fights we face.
Being kind, no judgment or chase.
In silence, be a calming friend.
No need to argue or defend.
Patience matters, through mess and mire.
In their journey, stoke their fire.
No fixing needed, just lend an ear.
Be present, to wipe away their fear.
Through thick and thin, we’ll walk the land.
With love and understanding, healing will start, hand in hand.
Hope you liked the poem
