Daily Dose of Affirmation

on

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmations for today :

  • I have plenty of creativity for this project.
  • My work will be recognized in a positive way by my boss and colleagues.
  • I can do this!
  • My team respects and values my opinion.
  • I am successful.
  • I am honest in my life, and my work.
  • I like completing tasks and projects on time.

Have a great day ahead.

I really enjoyed reading your post about daily affirmations, Garima. It’s important to remind ourselves of our own capabilities and strengths, especially when working on projects or facing challenges. I particularly liked the affirmations about being recognized for our work and respected by our team. It’s great to have that validation and support.

One question I have is how do you suggest incorporating these affirmations into our daily routine? Do you have any tips or strategies for making them a habit?

According to empirical study, affirmations and prayer can literally remodel the brain at the cellular level. The mind is incapable of distinguishing between reality and imagination. This is why affirmations are so amazing! Your mind can be trained to believe a particular thought by using affirmations.

You can access the subconscious mind and rewire it with fresh, empowering information when you speak, think, or write affirmations. Affirmations work by repeatedly reinforcing an intention to the point that it bypasses your conscious mind and enters your subconscious, where it forms new neural connections in your brain.
