Change is necessary for success, but it only happens when you’re ready.

Put in extra effort. Take chances. Do the work right away. Savour later. Hurl. Push. Ignore your thoughts. Keep your body at bay. Show up and be motivated. You are acting in your own interests. Really? As I collapsed onto the sofa, worn out and upset, I could hear those words replaying in my head. I’m sure that switch has flipped if there was one in my brain that would make me take action. Where was the resolve I needed to persevere? Yes, I do have objectives and expectations. But is this the best course of action? Should I keep pushing myself until I crash and then keep going till I explode?
People frequently claim that we are in charge and must take action. There is nothing wrong with that. But we frequently forget that success, at least success in the ways we anticipate it, is not always the result of hard labour. I think we’re all doing the best we can with what we’ve got. Success demands change, and until we reach a point where we are prepared to change, change will not occur. That is how things stand. We totally express who we are right now in the interim. Life and I constantly coming into conflict. Oh, how I wish I was in charge.
If I were the one in charge, I would be very clear about what I wanted and go after it. Because I am aware of what is on the other side, I will push myself onward. Guaranteed! Any person with life experience knows that the narrative doesn’t end like this. With the best of intentions, you can repeatedly and blindly swing a hammer in an attempt to strike gold. I don’t care what you do or how long you do it for as long as the timing isn’t perfect. Now, you won’t understand it. You haven’t worked hard enough or are too indolent to be the reason. The time simply isn’t right.
No matter what, there is never a “right” time. But I also think that everything is a matter of opinion. We cannot influence events to turn out in our favour. Sometimes, the pitfalls of life will knock us off our feet and into the muck. When to quit hopping from place to place, racing around, and being unhappy is something we must learn. Along the course of our journey, there are times when we should stay put and wait things out. Publishing a book. making an artful creation. finding love. creating a website for business. When the time is right, it will occur. It won’t go by force. unable to predict it. You just cannot rush it.
Until you move, you remain in your current location. It can be necessary to finish the cycle while moving forward, giving time to perform what is necessary. You’ll learn from difficulties, experience the commonplace, gain grit from setbacks, and develop patience in quiet times. On other days, you’ll experience the feeling of having shackles around your ankles. Other times, your heartbeat is like a gentle wind. Keep room for your dreams and for yourself. Change your path so that your life represents your soul and your aspirations. You don’t want to wake up one day and realise you don’t like who you’ve turned out to be.
However, not all of us want to play the game in this manner. We continually strive to accomplish more in less time and won’t let up. We barely pause long enough to think or reorient our life’s compass because we want to get the most out of every minute. We are not moving as quickly as we would want, even having our hands on the wheel. We trick ourselves into believing we’re content, but deep down, we’re simmering with hatred and bitterness, feeling like a cog in the machine of life. We already have enough drive to keep going. We don’t need people condemning us of not doing enough because they aren’t living our lives. We’re not always prepared to go forward. Sometimes we find it difficult to let go.
Finding our most genuine purpose takes time. A plan may not be good for you just because it works well for someone else. Live your life as it is. Embrace the freedom to experiment. Wherever we are, just showing up guilt-free is sufficient. After completing the necessary tasks, step back like an artist. Give surrender to the ambiguity and unpredictable nature of what lies beyond. Because of natural progression, life is ultimately an experiment. Let’s let go of the need to conform our story to a mould. Count on everything coming together at the appropriate time. So shift your attitude and remember that delayed gratification is not the end of the world. All of this will make sense eventually.
Hello Everyone, finally published my new book “Focus”. In this book, I took a poetic licence in considering the spiritual aspect of focus, which has rarely been done. Other books focus on the practical aspect and tell you to do this and that, but in my book, I discuss how we can find focus within ourselves without relying on an action-oriented approach. Any purchases or KDP reads will be greatly appreciated. If you like my books, do leave a review. Here’s my author page on Amazon – https://amzn.eu/d/aKbYysx
