New Book Release

Acceptance of what is means acknowledging and coming to terms with the reality of a situation, rather than resisting or denying it. It involves understanding that some things are beyond our control, and instead of fighting against them, we choose to focus on what we can control. Acceptance can bring inner peace and allow us to move forward in a positive direction. It does not mean giving up or being passive, but rather finding the strength to face challenges and make the best of any given situation.

Listen, I know it’s terrifying, unpleasant, and extremely distressing right now, but you’ll be OK. This is something you must do for yourself. You must go beyond what is known and strive to believe that you will be fine no matter what. Even if things don’t work out. Even if you don’t find what you’re looking for, it’s still a good thing to show that you tried. It is with this thought I introduce my new book “Acceptance”. Hope we find the courage to accept what is. https://a.co/d/jli7oHN

This sounds like a form of The Serenity Prayer. Maybe not.

Yes, thank you. Serenity comes before acceptance. Courage and Wisdom have their roles as well.

    Your words reminded me…
…All that you are , is All that is
and All that is , is peace and Love…
