It means letting go of any attachment to the past, and any worry or anxiety about the future, and instead focusing on the present moment. Acceptance of what is can be a powerful tool for reducing stress and anxiety, and increasing overall well-being. It can also help individuals to find peace and contentment in their lives, even in the face of difficult circumstances.
