Daily Dose of Affirmation

on

I create as I speak.

Each day you can journey from your Alpha (it begins with you) to your Omega, which in the teachings of Pierre Teilhard de Chardin, is the point within each of us where our inner spiritual nature meets our outer worldly nature.

It is with this thought I bring to you daily dose of affirmations for your mind and soul. An affirmation a day, keeps the therapist away!!! Here are your affirmations for today :

Strength comes from growth, and growth comes from challenges.

I will remain calm even though things look bad.

I’m amazing the way I am.

I’m not alone. I have great friends that I can lean on.

This past week was full of opportunities, but I can still push on!

Today might not be a great day, but I’ll make the most out of it regardless.

Have a great day ahead.

Listening to your heart while making choices can mean different things to different people. For some, it means tapping into their emotions and intuition to guide their decision-making process. For others, it means connecting with a higher power or spiritual force to seek guidance and clarity. Regardless of the interpretation, the idea is to trust your gut and follow your inner guidance when faced with tough decisions. This can lead to more authentic and fulfilling choices, as well as a deeper connection with oneself and the world around us. This book tells you how. 1. Garima, these posts always offer at least one nugget to slip into my pocket. I’m especially drawn to your first point about the connections between strength, growth, and challenges.

Thank you. I am so glad you like the affirmations. What are your thoughts on a book on affirmations? Would you like that or reading them online in small bits everyday is more effective?

To add to your point on strength.
We are so much stronger than we think. Yet, when something happens to us, we forget to look back at where we’ve come from. We forget to take pride in the things that we’ve accomplished and the battles we’ve faced. We forget to smile with wonder at the challenges, the decisions, the way we rose up and out of our burdens and back to our feet again.
