Learn to accept change, even if it makes you nervous.

It goes without saying that the past several years have been turbulent for the majority of people. Unimaginable changes have shaken our lives, and many of us are battling to maintain our afloatness. There is a limit to how much you can bear before letting go. I am aware that letting go may be just as frightening as hanging on if not more so. However, despite the pain you are experiencing, you deserve to see the world from a different perspective. Each day, you should awaken joyful. All the nice things life has to give you are yours to have. You should lead the life you deserve.
Giving up will require accepting greater change. It is a simple reality that you will never experience a life without change. However, you should be aware that not every change will be detrimental. Not every change will make you stray from your course or do you harm just when you believed everything was going your way. Change can occasionally lead to the discovery of a new interest. One of the things that change can do for you is open your eyes to a lovely new world of possibilities, a place you never imagined you would find yourself. Perhaps this is not the route you had always envisioned taking, but perhaps that is alright. We can adjust our dreams, and you shouldn’t ever feel bad about it. Finding it is all that matters.
You may occasionally meet someone fantastic via change who you never would have imagined. It may seem impossible to find love again after being severely harmed by someone you love dearly. You shut off and keep everyone who attempts to love you at a distance because you believe that what occurred once will happen repeatedly. True, being far away makes it less likely that someone will be able to harm you, but it also prevents you from experiencing the wonder of true love. It’s alright to welcome someone fresh in since not everyone you meet will be hurtful. You may let your heart out again.
You can go to new areas when things change. Give yourself permission to depart if you’re itching for a change of scenery. It’s acceptable to confess that your current situation is no longer benefiting you. Realising that you are not at all where you thought you wanted to be is OK. Moving to a new place might occasionally provide the spark you need to rekindle your passion. Take the opportunity to explore a new location, whether it’s a major move or a coffee shop you’ve been eyeing for weeks. The importance of both big and little adjustments cannot be overstated. Don’t be scared to venture outside of your comfort zone. You can never be sure what you’ll find.
Starting afresh is a necessary part of transformation.Restarting is perfectly OK. Repeat that to yourself until it becomes a reality. There is no shame in acknowledging that your current situation is unsatisfactory. To wish to try new things is OK. Admitting that you are no longer in love is OK. It is OK to have travel-related dreams. Being human, it’s OK for you to alter your opinion. Restarting does not equate to failure. Creating a safe place for change within yourself is a big triumph.
Release something that is no longer useful to you. Accept change in all of its good and terrible aspects. And remember that there is hope even on the days when change seems crippling. On the other side of your suffering, there is still something positive. Give yourself the flexibility you require to get there. It’s worth it, I can assure you.
Listening to your heart while making choices can mean different things to different people. For some, it means tapping into their emotions and intuition to guide their decision-making process. For others, it means connecting with a higher power or spiritual force to seek guidance and clarity. Regardless of the interpretation, the idea is to trust your gut and follow your inner guidance when faced with tough decisions. This can lead to more authentic and fulfilling choices, as well as a deeper connection with oneself and the world around us. This book tells you how. Change is an inevitable part of life. It can be exciting or it can be intimidating. We must learn to accept change. It can be challenging but with practice we can learn to embrace it with grace and confidence.

From “Choices ”: “…God consciousness yearns for experience.”
Experience itself is a gift given out of Love and received in Love. “Out/in” is analogous to Alpha/Omega (beginning/end) perhaps…

I followed you on Amazon. All the titles sound intriguing but I think I’ll go with Acceptance because that it what I’m struggling with the most right now. How can I give you my email without writing it in the comments? Does it show on my page?
