Self Image Is Powerful

on

We can’t live without it so it better be good.

How well we perform is influenced by how we view ourselves. Our self-image is the mental representation we have of ourselves, and it is the key to realising our potential. In actuality, controlling one’s self-image is the single most crucial aspect of success in any field of life. This is why. The mental image we have of ourselves is how we see ourselves intellectually and physically. It involves our perceptions of our skills, our connections, and our position in the universe. The lens through which we view the world and form judgements is our perception of ourselves. The act of purposefully changing and modifying our self-image to match the intended result is known as self-image management. By doing this, we engage a strong force that drives us in the direction of our objectives.

Ask, believe, and be granted. (The principle of attraction) The power of the subconscious mind is immense. The majority of our actions, including many that we assume to be “automatic” (such breathing or walking), are controlled by it. And it operates automatically, sending forth messages constantly about who we are and what we are capable of. These messages are founded on how we view ourselves. Therefore, if we have a poor or false self-image, our subconscious mind will send us signals that will undermine our efforts to achieve. On the other side, if we have a good and correct view of ourselves, we will hear positive and accurate messages that will support us in achieving our objectives.

In other words, self-image management impacts the signals your subconscious mind sends to you, making it the quickest approach to access your power. And everything is possible when you have access to that type of power. Unlock your ability to do everything you put your mind on if you want to realise your full potential and succeed in any endeavour. So begin right now! Start by keeping an eye on your thoughts and replacing any unhelpful or untrue ones with affirming realities about who you are and what you are capable of. The possibilities are endless when you have a realistic and optimistic view of yourself.

I was just talking about the subconscious mind with someone the other day. I wondered . . . if they are subconscious thoughts, how can we access them? Subconscious would mean they are there but they are hidden, so how do we know how to cure our actions or behavior if we can’t see what’s driving it? The person I was speaking with suggested meditation to get in touch with the soul.

The subconscious mind is a widely accepted concept in the fields of psychology and neuroscience. Although it is difficult to measure or observe directly, researchers have found evidence to support its existence through various studies.

One line of evidence comes from studies on automatic or subconscious thought and behavior. For example, research has found that we can often make decisions automatically and subconsciously without consciously thinking about them. Studies on implicit bias and stereotype activation also suggest the presence of automatic processes in the mind that operate at the subconscious level.

Additionally, research in neuroscience has shown that the brain is constantly engaged in processing information, whether we are aware of it or not. Functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) studies, for example, have shown that even when we are not aware of certain sensory inputs, they still activate specific brain regions.

Furthermore, studies on hypnosis and the effectiveness of therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and psychoanalysis also support the idea of subconscious processes. In these therapies, the goal is often to access and work with unconscious thoughts and feelings to promote psychological change.

Overall, while direct observation of the subconscious mind may not be possible, there is significant scientific evidence to support the reality of subconscious processing and its impact on our thoughts, emotions, and behavior.

Oh, I wasn’t challenging the existence of the subconscious mind. I believe it’s there. I was wondering how we get access to it. The person I was speaking with about it said it sometimes drives emotions unconsciously. For example, if someone has a short temper, there may be something driving it subconsciously that they are unaware of. My question is, if they don’t know why they have a short temper because it’s subconscious, how do they access the subconscious mind to figure it out and fix that short temper?

I’m not sure I’m explaining this properly. Is this making any sense?

Thank you for clarifying Lori. It makes complete sense. We have many barriers in our minds which prevent us from accessing the subconscious in the right way. Meditation and the brain-waves are key. The purpose of meditation is to lower your brain waves so that you can redirect your attention from the external to the external and access your subconscious mind which could only happen when your brain is in theta range.

Indhira again converted as muslim to marry feroz. Actually indira father not nehru. Some illicit birth by kamala. Sheik abdulla nehrus brother. Born to muslim lady by motilal. So naturally rahul a muslim. But not born to raajiv. Born to pope. So dni matching done with priyanka when blast occured. and not with rahul. Gandhi pucka anti hindu who protected muslims in navakaali massacre. Mostly all cong leaders with hindu names are christians by sonia.
